She earned her Bachelor of Laws from Trisakti University in 2017 and continued to obtain Master of Laws specializing in Business from Gadjah Mada University in 2020. Her expertises are in criminal law, competition, family and civil law.

Work Records and Experience:

The beginning of her career started from LBH Mawar Sharon (2016) where she provided services on drafting various legal documents and assisted lawsuits for criminal cases. Later on, in 2017 she worked for BWGS Advocates and Counselors, and involved in the preparation of legal due diligence for Initial Public Offering; participating in drafting and reviewing agreements/contracts; and other legal documents.

Prior to joining HA Law, Kathy became part of Kaleka Foundation (2020-2022). Her activities include compiling legal analyses and studies related to sustainability issues to support jurisdictional approaches; reviewing agreements/contracts and other legal documents; drafting regulations at the district level; and formulating programs related to environmental issues and spatial planning, conflicts, worker protection, corporate social and environmental responsibility.

In 2022 she continued her profession at HA Law and focus on business and corporate issues. She is actively handling many draftings, amongs are: agreement on the development of digital information system technology; conducting legal studies for human rights issues related to forced labor abroad; compiling legal writings for Public Service Agency (BLU); Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues. Other legal documents she has prepared are as fulfillment of achievements for work on civil cases; fulfillment of payments for share investment agreements; citizenship status; criminal issues of investment fraud; persecution accompanied by unilateral termination of cooperation; and intellectual property rights for copyright.

At the very least when it’s time to stop, I have given the best.
